Cactus Quartz - "Spirit Quartz"
These Quartz Crystals are from Magaliesberg, South Africa, they have been given the name"Cactus Quartz".
I have also seen them called "Atlantean Lovestars", "Spirit Crystals" or "Porcupine Quartz" ...
They occur as Quartz, Citrine and Amethyst and have a uniqueness all their own.
White variety has been given the name of "Fairy Spirit Quartz".
Citrine Spirit Quartz … These are completely orange, colouration varies from deep vibrant orange/gold that
has an irridescent quality to a darker orange.

2 crystals , once crossing the other as in a "Bridging configuration".
Pale lavender Amethyst, almost white with some Citrine.
Well formed apex terminations.
Where crystal was attached and broken away with some druse missing, then can be seen the solid white core around which the druse grows.

White with some reddish pink coloration staining.
One long crystal with a smaller "baby", one near the base.
Over the larger crystal have grown other tiny crystals over the druse giving it an unusual appearance !!!

Cluster of 3 Pale Lavender Amethyst crystals with some orange citrine.2 break off places where can be seen the core of solid quartz around which the druse /smaller crystal formations grow.
The crystals have well formed apex terminations.
