SMO-Q-1 :
Smokey quartz crystal with Albite

This is a Smokey Quartz from Colorado that not only has white
external deposits of Albite but internally has crystalline formations.
The internal landscape has so many crystals, many of which are typical blade like formations with a few twinned
formations.
Sceptre-like shaping it also has an extra small left hand activation/Timelink termination as well as a 5-sided
Isis face.
The most unusual and interesting aspect of this crystal are all the internal crystals of Albite !!!

TOURM-BL-1 :
Terminated Black Tourmaline Crystals
Source : Brazil
This is a high grade Cluster of 4 Terminated Black Tourmaline
Crystals.
The largest has 3 flat terminations. The other 3 smaller crystals have grown around each other and into the main
one. All striated and terminated. It also has small amounts of clear and white Quartz.
This is a good sized Tourmaline Crystal and great example being Terminated.

Clear Quartz 'Cathedral' Crystal

Lovely Clear Quartz "Cathedral" Crystal !
Record Keeper triangles on some of the terminations. Self-Healed in a number of places.
Internal fractures creating 'Rainbows', wisps and veils !
Horizontal striation lines.

HAL-1 :
Blue Halite (Blue Rock-Salt)

This large Halite specimen contains some of the colours of
this mineral. Colourless, various shades of blue and indigo.
The indigo colour is regarded as rare and is an inclusion within the crystallized Halite, not an impurity.
The blue colour is a phenomena of visual effects (optical illusion).
Special consideration for this mineral due to the fact it is soluble and must be kept dry.
