Anhydrite Sphere with Green Tourmaline - Chatoyant

This beautiful purple sphere is mostly opaque, but in places it does show some "gemmy" quality transparency and colour. It is chatoyant with spots of bright green tourmaline.
The natural fracture lines are due to the nature of this mineral in its rough form.

Green Apatite Sphere - Chatoyant
Madagascar
This sphere is a mix of Green Apatite with some orange spots and colouration. The colour of the green ranges from forest green to a deeper almost gemmy emerald green. This colouration is regarded as rarer to find than the blue.
Mostly opaque, but in places it does show some "gemmy" quality transparency and colour. In places, chatoyancy can be seen clearly in artificial light and is described as a silvery "Cat's Eye".
The natural fracture lines are due to the nature of this mineral in its rough form.
This is a really good example of this mineral, good polish.

This sphere is a beautiful mix of colours that vary from deep orange-brown to paler orange and creamy-white.
Really unusual patterning, banding in various shades that show lines from light to dark.
Another feature of this sphere, is that the top shows lacy shapes and internal hollows of sparkly quartz.

Chrysocolla

This sphere has varying shades of light to dark turquoise that is typical of Chrysocolla. It also has spots/veins of bright blue to dark blue of other minerals all this within quartz.
To me this strongly resembles the 'Quantum Quattro' that also comes from Namibia that is composed of 5 silica minerals ... Malachite, Chrysocolla, Shattuckite, Dioptase and Smokey Quartz.
Great colouration, a few small rough patches on the surface due to the nature of the mineral but does not detract from this sphere !

Ruby in Fuchsite Sphere

The deep red of the Ruby crystals can be seen clearly and are well defined. There are many of them varying in size and shape.
Surrounding them is the deep green sparkly Fuchsite, emphasising the rounded white "capsular" formations within this sphere.
Lots of various green colouration, a beautiful deep translucent green surrounding many of the Ruby crystals ... possibly green Kyanite.

Beautiful sphere that has deep rich purple and variations of this colour to a lilac hue.
Black manganese present with veins of reddish brown sugilite. Fractures lines present due to the nature of the mineral but cannot be felt.
